According to what I've read a teacher in Brazil did ask three of his students to masturbate, For the sake of science! They were gonna study it under a microscope. Although, it wasn't stated in the news whether the teacher asked for them to masturbate "in" or "during" class, that would really have been scandalous. Apparently one of the students told his or her parents about the "activity" they had in class, and being responsible parents and citizens, they immediately reported the teacher to the police. One thing that's been bothering me though is who would be dumb enough to want to have his own semen studied under a microscope? By his very own classmates even. I know i would never do that.
